Bridal loungewear label Pomme starts your wedding day picture perfect!
Getting ready in matching loungewear is a picture-perfect lead up for your wedding day; those cherished moments spent getting ready on the big day with your nearest and dearest. Inspired by real brides with effortless style, Australian bridal loungewear brand Pomme was born.
Like most businesses, Pomme was born out of need. Co-founder Emily Ventura was on the search for bridesmaid ‘getting ready' shirts for her own wedding, “I couldn’t find non-floral, non-shiny, well-made bridal loungewear at an affordable price point. And that wasn’t sporting ‘BRIDE’ across the back.”
After a discussion with friend and talented womenswear designer Kara Liu, they discovered there was a definite gap to fill in bridal loungewear. It began their Pomme.world journey and the process of designing beautiful and minimal products that would not only make for a picture-perfect wedding day but that were also wearable beyond the celebrations. Even more importantly, the collection needed to be at an accessible price point, “having just planned my own wedding I was very aware that budget gets quickly soaked up elsewhere,” Emily said.
After a successful launch of their first collection in 2018, Pomme now celebrates the launch of Collection Two. Inspired by, and designed for the light and air of summer. It is delightfully warm in tone with sandy hues and just a touch of muted green, reminiscent of that sun drenched summer wedding.
“We have learned so much from all of the brides who have worn Pomme over the last year. We know they like our pared back style and attention to detail, they like our price point, and they tell their friends. The response has cemented our confidence in our brand and we are so in love with Collection Two. The ‘getting ready’ element of a wedding day is booming, and we are here for it!”

“Our brides come to us for the minimal and the effortless. They are looking for something timeless but not necessarily in traditionally bridal colours. With that in mind, Collection Two is a nod to the tonal nude trend in apparel and the fall-toned trend in weddings. We have chosen a warm palette of rosy sand, washed grass and rich mahogany, highlighted with a crisp white based black polka dot – timeless yet with a touch of fun!” Kara
